Sometimes an update may cause your site to break or conflict with other plugins/themes. SiteSkite provides a built-in Rollback feature so you can restore a plugin or theme to a previous stable version without logging into WordPress.
Rollback a Plugin
Login to your SiteSkite Portal.
Go to the Websites section and select the site you want to manage.
Open the Plugins tab.
Locate the plugin you want to rollback.

Click Rollback.

Choose the version you want to revert to from the available list.
Confirm the Rollback to this verison → SiteSkite will automatically restore that version.
Rollback a Theme
From the selected site, open the Themes tab.
Find the theme you want to rollback.

Click Rollback.

Select the desired previous version.
Confirm Rollback to this version → SiteSkite replaces the theme with the chosen version.
Best Practices Before Rollback
Backup First → Always run a backup before rolling back a theme or plugin.
Check Notes → Add a note in WP CANVAS so your team knows why the rollback was performed.
Test After Rollback → Visit your site to confirm that the issue is resolved.
