You can manage your SiteSkite subscription anytime through the built-in billing system powered by Stripe. Whether you want to cancel, downgrade, or switch to a different plan, the process is quick and secure.
Downgrade or Switch Your Plan
Login to your SiteSkite Portal.
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click Manage Billing → this will open the secure Stripe Billing Portal.
Under Plans, choose a different subscription tier.
Confirm the change.
Your new plan will take effect immediately, and any adjustments will be prorated automatically by Stripe.
Cancel Your Subscription
Login to your SiteSkite Portal.
Navigate to Settings → Billing.
Click Manage Billing to access the Stripe Billing Portal.
Select your active subscription.
Click Cancel Plan and confirm.
Your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, after which it will revert to the free plan.
Notes
You can reactivate your subscription anytime from the same Billing section.
All invoices and payment history remain accessible in Stripe.
Canceling does not delete your SiteSkite account—you’ll still have access to the free features.
