How to Update My SiteSkite Account Details?

Keeping your SiteSkite account details up to date ensures smooth communication, billing, and account recovery. You can easily update your profile, email, password, and other settings directly from the SiteSkite portal.

Update Profile Information

  1. Login to your SiteSkite Portal.

  2. Click on your Profile Icon (top-right corner).

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Update your details such as:

    • Name

    • Email Address

    • Company/Organization

    • Contact Number

  5. Click Save Changes.

Change Your Password

  1. Login to your SiteSkite Portal.

  2. Click on your Profile Icon (top-right corner).

  3. Click Password.

  4. Enter your current password, then your new password.

  5. Confirm the new password and click Save Changes.

Update Billing Information (if applicable)

SiteSkite uses Stripe as its primary billing platform. You can update your billing details directly through the Stripe portal.

  1. Go to Account Settings → Billing.

  2. Click the Manage Billing button — this will redirect you to the secure Stripe portal.

  3. From there, you can:

    • Update your billing address

    • Update or add a credit/debit card

    • View and download invoices

    • Manage your subscription plan

  4. Save changes — updates are applied instantly.

Important Notes

  • Use a valid and active email address for account recovery and notifications.

  • Passwords should be strong (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols).

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
